At the end of the day, we work for you and you will always have the final say on your desired tenant. You remain in the driver seat 100%. Our job is to simply point out the various routes and assist you as much as possible along the road. In short, you are the boss and the level of our involvement is at your discretion!

- Listings – including pararius, funda, expatrentals and huurwoningen.nl, as well many smaller sites and social media channels
- Prompt responses to all enquires and questions
- Legal contracts – continuously updated to the latest court rulings, ensuring the best possible document is used
- Consultation on rental price – our priority is to maximize value, sometimes finding a tenant faster at a lower price is the smart move (rather than waiting for months for the one who pays the most).
- Thorough background check of tenants – always keeping you in the loop when we’re scoping out the tenants
- Viewings and appointments, including outside of regular office hours and weekend availability
