The apartment is a duplex, on the third and fourth floor of this historic house (1878) in the Da Costabuurt. The area itself is very quiet, with Jordaan on one side and Oud West on the other. All your daily/weekly/monthly shopping needs can be found a mere stones-throw away.

One enters the apartment on the third floor into a hallway that connects all the rooms. Through an open staircase you can enter the living/kitchen upstairs or remain on the third floor which has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom.
