This apartment is amazingly bright and well appointed, with video intercom. Upon entering there is a long hallway connecting all the rooms to one another. Here you will find the access to the terrace, living with open kitchen, toilet, bathroom, wash room as well as bedroom with en-suite office.

The living is an amazing space with windows covering three of its four walls. Its connected openly to the open kitchen with dining area for 6-8 persons, but they feel separate enough to remain cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, such as fridge, freezer, dishwasher, large size oven, built in micriowave, extractor fan, stove, coffeemaker, kettle, etc.

The bedroom is of good size and equipped with an A/C as well as large sizeable cabinets. Off to the side there is a en-suite space that can be used as an office. Close by there is a separate toilet and a separate bathroom with vanity sink, walk in rain-shower. Both bedroom and living are equipped with smart-tv’s.
