The second living room can be multipurpose use as it can be a formal dining area or a large office space. It is also easily converted into a lounge if the other living room is converted into a bedroom.

The Rooseveltlaan gives excellent access to public transit, as well as proximity (2 minutes) to the RAI wich has a metro station on the North-South line.
